About Us

Welcome. We’re so glad you’re here.

Our studio and online presence is a space created with deep care—a place to rest, reconnect, and return home to yourself. Here, we honor the wisdom of the body and the healing power of slowing down. Through somatic practices, restorative yoga, and mindful movement, we support your nervous system in finding regulation, safety, and ease.

This is more than a studio—it’s a community. A soft landing. A space where you don’t have to be anything other than exactly who you are. Whether you're new to this work or returning to it, you're invited to show up just as you are, in your truth, in your process.

Our offerings are rooted in trauma-informed care, and guided by the understanding that healing happens in relationship—with our bodies, with each other, and with rest. Each class, workshop, and circle is an invitation to come home to your body, listen deeply, and move at the pace of trust.

The studio is founded and held by a trauma-informed somatic facilitator and educator, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified meditation teacher. Every element of this space—from the language we use to the way we move—has been chosen with compassion, safety, and deep listening at the center.

You're welcome here. Your nervous system is welcome here. Let this be a place where you can exhale, soften, and be held.

Why I created this space...

Hi Lovely, I am so glad you are here!

I am Megan, the founder + teacher here at Inner Haven.

I created this space from my own healing journey—one that taught me the power of slowing down, listening inward, and allowing the body to guide the way. For a long time, I searched for places that felt truly safe… spaces where I didn’t have to perform, fix, or push—just simply be.

When I found somatic practices, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed work, something shifted. I began to soften. I began to return to myself. And in that returning, I felt a deep calling to share this work with others.

This studio is born from that intention: to offer a space where we can land gently, breathe deeply, and be held in community. A space where nervous systems can feel safe, where healing is allowed to unfold naturally, and where no one has to do it alone.

It’s my honor to hold this space for you.
