Welcome to Inner Haven. We’re so happy you’re here. Our space is all about rest, connection, and taking care of yourself. To make sure everyone has a safe and peaceful experience, please read and agree to these terms before attending our classes or events.

1. Respect the Space and Each Other

This is a safe space for everyone. Please be kind, respectful, and mindful of others.
Speak and act with care—no discrimination, bullying, or harmful behavior will be tolerated.
Treat the studio and props gently, like you would your own home.

2. Health and Safety

Please let your teacher know before class if you have any injuries or health concerns.
If you don’t feel well, we kindly ask that you stay home and rest.
We are not medical professionals—listen to your body and only do what feels safe for you.

3. Waiver and Liability

By attending a class or event, you agree to participate at your own risk.
Inner Haven and its teachers are not responsible for any injuries or issues that may happen during or after class.
Prior to attending a class or event, you will need to fill out a liability waiver.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please cancel at least [insert time frame, like 12 or 24 hours] before class if you can’t make it.
No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.
For workshops or special events, check the details—some may have different cancellation policies.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Please respect everyone’s privacy.
We will never share your personal information without your permission.

6. Arriving On Time

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
If you’re late, we may not be able to let you in once class starts to avoid disruption.

7. Memberships and Class Packs

Memberships and class packs are non-transferable.
If you need to pause your membership due to illness, travel, or other reasons, reach out—we’re happy to help when we can.

8. Changes to Classes or Schedule

Sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule a class—if that happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by email or text.
